Field Operation Executive
As Field Operation Executive you will be responsible to ensure coordination and supervision of marketing and detailing activities in the most effective and efficient way, provide accurate information to Healthcare professionals related to Nestle’s products regarding their features, advantages, benefits and appropriate use within the Code of Ethics. You will also be managing and developing a team of Medical Delegates.
Specific Requirements:
- Min Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Pharmacy, Nutrition or other relevant studies
- Min 5 years working experience in operational field, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English as well as Bahasa
- Good planning and execution skills
- Good team player with sound decision making skills
- Willing to be placed in one of the following areas: Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan
